Book an Appointment

There are three ways to book an appointment with Kayla at New Pathways Counselling. You can fill out the form below, send Kayla and email at kaylabenbow@newpathwayscounselling.com, or call Kayla at (604)-698-8119.

Kayla is often in session and may not be able to answer the phone. When leaving a message please indicate your name, a number Kayla can return your call, and confirmation that it is ok that Kayla leave a message on the number you provide if needed.

Please feel free to provide a brief, confidential description of why you would like to attend counselling. However, the reason for addending counselling is something that can be addressed during the counselling session.

It is common for people to have questions about the process of counselling, the scope of practice of the counsellor, and how counselling can help. Please feel free to reach out to Kayla if you have any questions.
